Karen Johnson

Karen Johnson is the Supply Chain Manager for Hayden AI, responsible for supply chain solutions, inventory management, procurement, and logistics strategy. By collaborating closely with sales, manufacturers, customer success, product development teams and other key business stakeholders she is able to identify and pursue risk mitigation strategies.

With 20-plus years of Consumer Packaged Goods, planning as well as global and domestic Supply Chain experience, Karen has worked directly with start-ups and mid-sized companies in a variety of industries. Previously she held the role of Sr Director of Planning & Operations with a focus on operations strategy planning, inventory optimization, S&OP/planning and process implementation.
