After grad school, Craig couldn’t find a job, so he started a small company. He got extremely lucky and sold that company to a Japanese firm two years later. After a few more lucky professional experiences (including selling McCaw to AT&T for $24B in 1995, and having lived as an expat for 12 years), he decided to spend his efforts helping fellow entrepreneurs solve important human challenges as an angel investor (invested in six unicorns to date).
He joined AI Redefined (AIR) because they were tackling one of the most impactful issues that humanity faces—how we will continue to benefit from/steer/trust AI.
