Eli Chen is the CTO and Co-Founder of Credo AI. Eli has also previously served as the Founder/CEO of veriph.ai, CTO of UJET, and CTO of TITE. Prior to that, they were an Engineering Manager at Twitter and Netflix. Eli started their career as a software engineer at iGware and Sun Microsystems.
Eli Chen has always been interested in technology. Eli became a software engineer because they wanted to work on building things that people would use every day. Eli was drawn to Twitter because they saw the potential for it to be a powerful communications platform. As engineering manager for the Cards Platform, they were responsible for developing interactive content for the Twitter timeline.
At Netflix, Eli Chen led the streaming application team on a variety of consumer devices. Eli joined Netflix in 2009, just as the company was beginning to streaming content to subscribers. Under their leadership, the team delivered a high-quality streaming experience on a range of devices, from smart TVs to game consoles.
In 2014, Eli Chen co-founded TITE, a home security and response company. Eli served as the company’s CTO until it was acquired by UJET in 2016. At UJET, they helped build an interactive customer support platform that integrated with mobile and web channels. Eli left UJET in 2019 to start veriph.ai, a company that provides tools for explainable artificial intelligence and neural network testing.
