Rose leads innovation partnerships & investments at WESCO, a publicly traded business to business supply chain, logistics services and distribution company for 150,000 industrial, data center, utility, and broadband customers in 50 countries. She focuses on accelerating digital transformation with the innovation ecosystem to deliver data-driven and impactful business outcome.

Previously, she was a founder of Vegalab Ventures and held various leadership, strategic and operational roles at large enterprises, industrial, technology and financial services industry including GE digital, Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, IMG/Chase Equity Partners (an affiliate with JP Morgan Chase Capital Partners). Rose excels at executing growth strategies by facilitating with the technology ecosystem on digital initiatives to drive long term impactful results.

She is a member of the steering committee of Global Corporate Venturing Women on Boards, NEMA’s Digital Technologies Council, and an advisor at Skydeck. She also served on the advisory board of Stanford Women on Boards. Rose is a certified coach, holds a CFA charterholder. She graduated from Stanford University’s Engineering Economics System and Operations Research master program (now MS&E).
