Prezi allows presenters to move beyond the slide-by-slide approach and to simply create amazing non-linear presentations.
Prezi launched the product in April 2009 after a year of a closed beta period. In July 2009 Prezi closed a first VC funding round, and secured an advisory board with high profile advisors such as Twitter co-founder, Jack Dorsey.
BoostrapLabs has been an advisor to the founders and the company in taking the first steps to go from a early stage startup to a funded company, including advise on product and go-to market strategy, building a rock-star advisory board and securing a solid investor team to support the company for future growth. Today Prezi is a US company located right here in Silicon Valley, but with a large part of their team still in Budapest, and we at BootstrapLabs are very proud to be part of their story and success.
